When is the return accepted?

The customer can unilaterally withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the product.

The customer has the right to withdraw within the term indicated above, sending an email. The shipping costs will be equally shared between Burato Gioielli and the customer. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, items must be returned intact, in their original packaging, in perfect condition and after agreement with Burato Gioielli.

To ensure the best efficiency, Burato Gioielli makes use of national and international express couriers. In case of reasons attributable to customer, incomplete, damaged or soiled items will not be refunded.

Your return will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of items at our central warehouse. If you entrust items to our store staff, the request will be accepted upon receipt of items at our logistics center and no later than 10 days from your delivery in the shop. In some cases you will be contacted for any additional information needed.

Refund times?

The refund will be made with the same payment method within 14 working days of acceptance of the return. In case of delivery of the return to the store, the refund will be a voucher of the same amount as the shopping or by refunding the credit card within 10 working days. Once the refund has been made, the technical times depend on your bank circuit.
If you paid using prepaid card or bank transfer option, refunds will be made by crediting the card or bank account from which the payment was originally made (for the transfer we will contact you to provide us with your bank details).
