1. Booking and buying
To buy articles from the e-shop, the Customer must go to the dedicated area of the website (Shop). Each article for sale is accompanied by a photograph, a description and the price.
It is possible to select and book the individual items proposed. Simply indicate the quantity and confirm, having chosen any variants, to include the article in the cart.
It is possible to add, delete or confirm all bookings made up to this time.
To confirm an order, the Customer must complete the personal identification procedure:
1. if already registered, this can be performed by e-mail address and password;
2. users who are not yet registered will have to register, by providing all the data requested;
3. without registration, when required providing the data needed to finalize the purchase.
The purchase will only be understood as complete for Shop by Burato Gioielli when it has sent e-mail or fax confirmation using the "order confirmation form".
In the event of even temporary unavailability of one or more products, the Customer will be informed about order progress by e-mail or fax.
2. Retail price
For each article the unitary price is expressed in EURO (€), VAT (Value Added Tax) inclusive and net of shipment costs.
The contributions of shipment will vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, the volume, weight and the place of destination, will be highlighted during the checkout process and on the form "VS order confirmation."
All of the products in the e-shop are available in stock. If this occurs due to unforeseen delays in delivery of the products, the Customer will be promptly notified by e-mail, as well as in the case of even temporary unavailability of one or more products.
Burato Gioielli ships to all countries provided during registration. However, there may be cases where customs problems preventing the delivery of products ordered. In this case the customer will be informed by e-mail and refunded later.
3. Terms of payment
The Customer may pay for purchases in the following ways:
1. PayPal circuit.
2. Credit cards available on the PayPal circuit.
3. Bank deposit.

4. Delivery of goods and shipment expenses
All the articles ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Shop by Burato Gioielli, in the “Your order confirmation" will be sent by Express Courier (national or international) to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The customer will be asked to contribute to the costs, which will be shown on “Your order confirmation” depending on the country the order is to be sent to.
Articles will only be sent after total order payment has been regularly registered and confirmed at Shop by Burato Gioielli
Products shipped in Italy are delivered within approximately 3 - 5 working days after dispatch, the products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 7 working days after dispatch. For shipments outside the EU average, it takes 8-9 working days after dispatch. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Any variation to the above mentioned will be notified immediately by e-mail to the Customer.
5. Import and customs duty
The products sold are not subject to any import or customs duty if the product is sold and delivered within Italy or the European Union.
Products to be delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to import and/or customs duty, depending on the type of product and the destination country. We cannot predict whether any or what costs may be charged to clear the goods through customs.

Nonetheless, any costs relating to import and/or customs duty are to be paid by the client.
6. Right to withdrawal
The Customer enjoys a right to withdrawal, which he may exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a term of 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the day the ordered goods are received.
Notification to exercise the right to withdrawal may be given within the term indicated above, by telegramor e-mail. The shipment expenses for return of the goods will be at Burato Gioielli’s full expense.
In order for the withdrawal right to be exercised, goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, in a perfect state and subject to agreement with Shop by Burato Gioielli.
The goods must be sent back with an insured parcel sent carriage free; no parcel sent for payment on delivery or at the addressee’s expense will be collected by Shop by Burato Gioielli.
Reimbursement of the price invoiced for the returned goods will be carried out on the same payment method used at the time of booking within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods net of bank fees.
Goods returned incomplete, spoilt, damaged or soiled due to the Customer’s fault will not be reimbursed, nor will they in any case lead to the payment of credit equal to the price of the article initially ordered.
7. Applicable law
All contracts concluded are intended as stipulated in Italy and are governed by Italian Law.
